– Al mijn producten zijn met de hand gemaakt door mijzelf. Hoewel ik alles met grote zorg maak en inpak, kan het zijn dat er iets mis is als je bestelling aankomt. Laat mij dit dan zo snel mogelijk weten.
– Als je niet tevreden bent en we komen samen niet tot een oplossing, dan heb je 14 dagen vanaf ontvangst de tijd om het product te retourneren. Alle kosten krijg je dan terug. Bekijk dus goed de foto’s en stel me een vraag als je iets wil weten over een product. Dat scheelt gedoe ;)
– Als je product, bij normaal gebruik, binnen 14 dagen kapot gaat, neem dan even contact op. Dan bespreken we samen hoe we het kunnen oplossen.
– Omdat het haalbaar te maken voor mijzelf zal ik niet altijd even snel verzenden. Je kunt ervanuit gaan dat ik je pakketje binnen maximaal 5 werkdagen op de post doe. Spoed? Laat het me weten en ik kijk wat ik kan doen!

– Let op: sommige artikelen zijn niet meteen op voorraad. Dit betekent dat ik dit product nog moet maken. Mail me voor een indicatie voor de tijd die dit in beslag zal nemen.

• All my products are handmade by myself. Although I take great care in making and packaging everything, there might be something wrong when your order arrives. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is the case.
• If you are not satisfied and we cannot find a solution together, you have 14 days from receipt to return the product. You will receive a full refund of all costs. So, please carefully inspect the photos and feel free to ask me any questions about a product. It saves hassle ;)
• If your product breaks within 14 days of normal use, please contact me. We will discuss how to resolve the issue together.
• To make it feasible for myself, I may not always ship promptly. You can expect your package to be sent within a maximum of 5 working days. Need it urgently? Let me know, and I’ll see what I can do!
• Note: Some items are not immediately available. This means I still need to make this product. Email me for an estimate of the time this will take.
